These terms govern use of the IronVX website and purchases made through the store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Website use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code or use the store fraudulently.

Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices, variants and availability accurately. Minor visual or packaging differences may occur. The variant selected and shown in the cart controls the ordered configuration.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted after payment authorization and order confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions or other legitimate operational reasons. Any collected payment for a cancelled order will be handled through the original payment method where applicable.

Pricing, taxes and promotions

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, duties and other applicable fees are shown or calculated as required. A promotion applies only according to its stated conditions and availability.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Safe product use

Follow all setup, mounting, maintenance and safety instructions supplied with the product. Inspect exercise equipment before use, use an appropriate training area and stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort. Seek qualified professional advice before beginning a new exercise program where appropriate.

Intellectual property

The IronVX name, branding, website content, graphics and product imagery are owned by or licensed to IronVX and may not be commercially reused without permission except where allowed by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronVX is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
