These terms govern your use of ironvx.com, the IronVX app, and your purchase of IronVX products. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By visiting ironvx.com, creating an account, or buying an IronVX product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ironvx.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is mispriced or out of stock — and will fully refund any amount already charged.
5. Shipping
Orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
You may return an unused IronVX product in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding return shipping). Used products may be returned within 30 days for a refund less a restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
7. Warranty
IronVX is covered by a two-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear. Full warranty terms are provided with your product and available on request.
8. Acceptable use
Use IronVX equipment as directed in the user manual. Do not exceed rated resistance, modify the hardware, or use it in ways that could cause injury. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise programme.
9. Intellectual property
All content on ironvx.com and in the IronVX app — including software, designs, text, images, logos and trademarks — is owned by IronVX or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
10. Disclaimers
The site, app and products are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronVX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site, app or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IronVX is registered. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
