1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your IronVX, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a full refund. The unit must be in original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

2. How to start a return

Email returns@ironvx.com with your order number and a short note about the reason for return. We respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

3. Return shipping

Return shipping is FREE for customers in the US, UK, EU, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, India, Canada and Australia. For other regions we cover up to $35 of shipping; any difference is deducted from the refund.

4. Condition of returned items

To qualify for a full refund, the device must be free of physical damage, with all accessories (cables, handles, wall mount, adaptor) included. Items showing heavy wear, missing parts, or damage caused by misuse may receive a partial refund (typically 70–90% of the purchase price).

5. Refund timeline

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Non-refundable items

Personalized engraved units, opened hygiene accessories (waist belt sweat covers, foot ring liners), and digital subscription credits are non-refundable. Gift cards are also non-refundable but never expire.

7. Exchanges

Need a different color or bundle? Tell us when you start the return — we will ship the replacement as soon as we receive your original unit, with no restocking fee.

8. Damaged or defective on arrival

If your IronVX arrives damaged or does not power on, email support@ironvx.com within 7 days of delivery with a short video showing the issue. We ship a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to wait for the return to clear.

9. 2-year hardware warranty

Every IronVX is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the motors, electronics, and frame. The warranty does not cover normal wear of cables and handles, cosmetic damage, or damage from drops, water submersion, or unauthorized modifications.

10. How to claim warranty

Email warranty@ironvx.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and (if applicable) a short video. Most warranty issues are resolved by sending a replacement part within 5–7 business days.

11. Late or missing refunds

If 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still do not see it, first check with your bank — refunds can sometimes take additional days to post. If it still does not appear, email finance@ironvx.com and we will investigate immediately.
