Order processing begins after payment confirmation. Dispatch timing can vary by product availability, destination and operational requirements.

Shipping cost and delivery estimate

Available shipping methods, the final shipping charge and any available delivery estimate are displayed at checkout after a delivery address is entered. Free shipping applies only when it is clearly shown for the specific order and destination.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided after dispatch when tracking is available from the carrier.

International orders
