Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 June 2026
This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.
1. Introduction
IronVX ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit ironvx.com, place an order, or use the IronVX app, and how we use that information.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly — name, email, shipping address, billing details, and any messages you send us. When you use the IronVX device or app we also collect workout data (sessions, sets, resistance, duration) tied to your account. We collect basic technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited.
3. How we use your information
To process and ship orders, provide warranty support, run your IronVX account, deliver app features (programs, history, progress), respond to your messages, send order updates and — only if you opt in — marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages and features are useful. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may stop working.
5. Third-party services
We share data only with providers that help us run the business: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers, email delivery, and cloud hosting. Each receives only what they need to perform that service.
6. Data retention
We keep order and warranty records for the duration required by law (typically up to 7 years). Workout data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to direct marketing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ironvx.com from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Children's privacy
IronVX is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
We may process your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to keep your data protected.
10. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, restrict employee access on a need-to-know basis, and review our security practices regularly. No system is perfect — please use a strong, unique password for your account.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and significant updates will be announced by email or on this page.
