Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• The product must be in its original condition and must not show excessive wear, misuse or damage.
• All included accessories, packaging, manuals and components must be returned.
• Customized or personalized products, gift cards, digital products and downloadable software are not returnable.

Requesting a return

Email info@ironvx.com with the order number and reason for the request. Do not ship an item back before receiving return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Inspection and refunds

After a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time needed for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery and provide the order number together with clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label where applicable.
